Booking Via WEBSITE

  1. Select a barbershop location
  2. “Choose a Professional” OR “Choose a Service”
  3. Pick your service
  4. Select your date and time
  5. Enter your details. Make sure they are accurate to get your booking confirmation
  6. Select either “Reserve and Pay” OR “Reserve Only”
 

Choose a Professional: Exclusively book with your preferred barber. Then, you may select the desired service and choose a suitable time slot from your selected barber.
Choose a Service: You can view all available services and prices from here. This is the perfect starting point if you are uncertain of which barber to select.

Reserve and Pay: Attach your payment to your reservation, it will be processed at the time of the service, not at the time of the booking.
Reserve Only: Secure your reservation – payment will be processed at the shop following your appointment.

Ensure you Have Received Confirmation
Upon finalizing your online booking, you shall receive a a 6 digit code in the confirmation email and text message, confirming your scheduled appointment.

Our barbers possess varying degrees of experience, however, they are all extensively trained to execute hair cutting at an exceptional standard and to provide you with an unparalleled experience. If you are uncertain as to whom to choose, we suggest that you begin by selecting the service you want first. From there, you will be able to view the barbers’ prices and the services they have to offer.

There are four methods available to adjust your appointment:

  1. By Phone: Please contact our customer service line at 437-533-0450 and speak with one of our representatives.
  2. Mobile App:
        If not logged in: On the main screen, tap on “I have an appointment”. Enter the 6-digit appointment confirmation code received upon initial booking.
        If logged in: Select “View More” under your upcoming appointment and choose “Reschedule” or “Cancel” at the bottom.

3. Email Confirmation: From your email confirmation, click on “View Reservation” located at the bottom of the email.
4. Text Confirmation: The text confirmation sent out to you has a link directing you to your appointment will be sent, from which you may choose to Reschedule or Cancel your appointment.

Life can be hectic, with various familial and professional obligations that can quickly consume our schedules. While we do encourage arriving well in advance to your haircut appointments, it is understood that on occasion, lateness may be unavoidable.

Here is what you should do:

1. Notify Us
It is crucial to inform your barber or our customer service representative (437-533-0450) of your expected delay for the scheduled appointment. Kindly provide an approximate time of arrival for your appointment, for the convenience of all parties involved.

2. Be Understanding
We may kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you will arrive significantly later than the scheduled time. It is essential to understand that in the interest of fairness to all our clients, the barbershop cannot retain your reservation. Failure to do so may result in having to adjust the schedule of other clients.

In the event that you have failed to attend your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice or cancellation, and subsequently notice that your card has been charged, rest assured that this is not an error. We kindly request your understanding that missed appointments are unfair to our barbers, as they have reserved their time to provide their services. For further details, please refer to our policy section.

It is possible that you may observe dual charges from us in your bank account on occasion. This may occur when changes are made to your pre-paid reservations after your cut has been completed. In most cases, this is a normal occurrence and a refund will be issued within 72 hours. In rare instances, it may be an error. We suggest contacting us at 437-533-0450 for confirmation.

The cost of our haircuts varies and ranges from $30 to $100+, dependent on the barber’s level of expertise, experience and demand.

At this time, we do not offer hair perming services. However, we understand that our clients’ needs and preferences may change over time, and as such, we suggest checking back with us in the future for any updates on our service offerings. We strive to constantly improve and diversify our services to better cater to the needs of our valued clients.

We highly recommend reserving an appointment and visiting one of our locations, as our skilled barbers are equipped to offer personalized recommendations based on your unique hair type and head shape. This will ensure that you receive the best possible service, tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

In order to ensure the best service to all of our clients, our shops may become quite busy, during which time it may be difficult to answer incoming calls. Our customer service lines are open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

By selecting "Reserve and Pay" you will be able to attach a payment to your reservation, a convenient way to save time on the day of your service. The payment will not process at the time of the booking, but will process at the time of your service. By selecting "Reserve and Pay" you are authorizing the shop to charge for your appointment.

Without penalty, appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to an hour before the scheduled start time. In the event of cancellation, any payment made at the time of scheduling will be fully refunded.

In the event of a cancellation within one hour before the scheduled start time, or a no-show, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service. Should a card have been provided at the time of booking, it will be charged for the service cost. If no card was provided, the client must pay the service cost before scheduling their next appointment.

To make changes to your appointment, utilize the IDNTY Barbershop App or follow the links in the confirmation email. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment through these means.
